The biggest problem with that cribsheet is that her font is too big; if she could write smaller, the resulting white space would make it easier to read.
(And me, I've made crib sheets - 1 page, 1 side) that cover Calc I through IV; writing small is crucial.)
The economics department at the university I studied allowed one 3x5 index card, with notes allowed to be scribbled on both the front and back. I half-seriously considered learning Morse code so I could get an extra sentence or two along the edge.
