I love this! He’s an important role model.

This is a nice antidote to having to discuss Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy with my 10-year old.

This is an amazing video.

As far as I can tell, running and reading actually are the key to life. I've noticed time and again that successful people are runners, and I feel about reading exactly as Smith does. "The answers are out there."

I once searched Amazon for books on how to reform my school district. Now that seemed like a longshot, but believe it or not I eventually found a listmania created by John Hoven.

Considering Smith's children would be required to attend CVUSD schools using Everyday Math, its not surprising, though that they don't attend a private school is.

The article you linked to also indicated that he is considering starting a school. This is music to my ears, as I have been wanting to start a charter school and this could be a possibility, though it would depend on the educational approach the Smiths want to follow.

So how would one go about getting in touch with Will Smith? Any ideas?

I'm left wondering if any of Will Smith's ideas on education have ties to L. Ron Hubbard's Applied Scholastics. Don't get me wrong, I think it's honorable that the Scientologists sponsor programs like HELP (Hollywood Education & Literacy Project) and promote education and teacher training so long as it is not a manner of recruiting young impressionable minds into the realm of Scientology.

I could be totally off base though. That can happen when you're speculating.

I'm definitely speculating.

Contact his agent.

Which should be...ICM or William Morris, I would guess.

There's another powerhouse agency these days, but I've forgotten the name.

For some reason I'm thinking he's with William Morris. Don't know why.

oops...I forgot Creative Artists Agency; I'm thinking the other "powerhouse" agency is a spin-off from CAA...(it's been a long time)

I just came up with Rick Nicita on Google & am remembering him as having been associated with CAA - this could be a short-form early Alzheimer's test....

Rick Nicita is CAA

Wonder where I got William Morris?
