Around here, there are two types of foodies: the ones who go to Whole Foods, and the ones who go to Trader Joe'.
In my completely objective and unbiased opinion, Trader Joe's people are smarter, funnier, nicer, and really, really, really ridiculously better-looking.
I'm with you George. That really sums up Trader Joe's, the good and the bad.
I rank the small parking lot very high on my list of annoyances.
Also, the tiny aisles where only one cart can comfortably fit.
One particularly chatty checker told me that with only 3 days of work (and not full time), they get health insurance. This might explain their happiness.
