Lesson Study Open House @ Greenwich Japanese School

My deepest apologies for such a late post.

The Greenwich Japanese School (GJS), in Greenwich, CT, is hosting a lesson study open house on Friday, 18 November 2011, in case there are folks in this group in the CT area.

There are a few spaces left. Please visit: www.globaledresources.com for the program and information.

If you are interested in attending, please email me (pwangiverson@gmail.com) and Makoto Yoshida (myoshida@globaledresources.com).

Again, sorry for the late notice.

In addition to observing research lessons and examining how they bring to life topics in the CCSSiM, participants will have an opportunity to observe regular classrooms (mostly mathematics this year), and experience the workings of a Japanese school and its educational philosophy.
