annual posting of Siouxsie and the Banshees

The French song Il est né le divin enfant is my favorite Christmas carol, and for some reason this performance by Siouxsie and the Banshees, which I discovered on YouTube a couple of years ago, is my favorite version. The trumpets, the choral round, the triumphal tone --- love it.

I have to thank you for posting this--it was a couple of days before I got around to watching it. I love the rendition of the song, and also it's pretty hilarious to watch the background guys--the wobbly dude failing to play the cymbals is Robert Smith!
