In the old world, the one where the Usability Profession did get invented, it would be obvious to the folks at Help Desk that if a person has forgotten his Connect user name or password, or if he has been locked out of his Connect account because of too many failed login attempts, or if he has forgotten his Outlook Email Password (so many possibilities!), he will not be able to read this email because he will not be able to get to it. He will not be able to get to it because HE IS LOCKED OUT, remember?
Catherine,
Speaking of Khan Academy (we were, weren't we?) I tried to get on his site to see what's new in his practice problems. I wasn't too impressed last time I tried them. So I tried to log in through my google login but it asked for personal info. When I refused to give it, it didn't let me in. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just old person user error?

I simply could not depart your site prior to suggesting that I actually loved the usual info an individual provide on your guests? Is going to be back continuously to check out new posts
