Of course, I'm assuming people know enough math to know what spending up, achievement down actually means when represented on a graph.

We need an iPhone app.

Plug in your school district & the app finds the scores & spending & creates a personalized spending-up-achievement-flat chart.

Good question -- what did happen in 1996?

I need a chart that graphs total national spending against scores.

Actually...I think Heritage Foundation may have one.

Of course, they would.
