Thinking about schools and peers and parent-child attachments....I came across one of my favorite posts .

I was struck by the clause about schools larger than 250 students being forced to unionize.
It seems like an attempt to limit the total enrollment, as charter schools wanting to try different approaches would likely have difficulty if all their teachers belong to the same union that is complicit in the current state of education
